“Muy bueno”
The staff were very helpful and polite whenever we needed them, but the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, although other floors had functioning ones.
The room and overall stay were fine, but I was disappointed that my check‑in at 4 pm was delayed; I arrived at 4 pm and was told to wait a bit longer, then after an hour I was told the room wasn’t ready yet while a group that arrived later was given rooms promptly. When I asked again after another hour, they said I had to wait longer and estimated 30 minutes; I asked what if it wasn’t ready in 30 minutes, and they replied I’d have to keep waiting, which felt rude.
“Comfortable”
Everything was fine, but the door to the garage was broken.
“Muy bueno”
Front‑desk staff gave excellent service, arranging two reservations so we didn’t have to change rooms, and they even helped us during the early hours; the only downside was that the ice machine on our floor was broken, though other floors had working units.
“Looking forward to Hilton Garden Inn Dallas at Hurst Conference Center Texas my vacation place!!!”
On July 18 2026 my family went out for dinner, so I stayed and ate at the hotel, only to find the dining hall closed; I asked Ms. Day if there was a nearby place to eat, and she asked if I had a vehicle. I said my family had a car and I was alone, so she told me Abuelo’s was a short walk but too late for me to walk. I decided to walk and asked her for directions, which she gave me. She then left her desk to walk me outside. I told her she shouldn’t leave her post, but she said my safety was more important and that the company would understand. While walking a block away she saw me take a wrong turn, shouted “NO!” from a distance, and I quickly corrected myself. Her concern overwhelmed me to the point of tears and gratitude. I got my food, returned to the hotel, and was still a bit light‑hearted. I was eternally grateful and wrote a note to the hotel praising her; she was humble and didn’t hesitate. She deserves recognition from the manager or corporate. (Ms. Day) From Mrs. S. Wheeler, thank you again, Day! The only negative was that breakfast the next morning lacked gravy because they had run out.
