“The hotel has not very good value for the amount we paid.”

The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the lobby breakfast service was great, but parking was very pricey and the valet service required a tip. Additionally, the ATM charged $5 and my bank added another $5, yet the front desk didn’t offer cash. We also received an ADA bathroom, but the tub is too high to enter and exit, and the shower head is difficult to adjust—if it’s ADA, how does a handicapped person use the tub? The design is poor.

It was close to my destination, but for $700 a night our room faced a construction zone, and we weren’t informed beforehand that construction was happening.

The location is good, but I was surprised at checkout when the front desk told me I had to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was supposedly included in the room package; they only gave me a $50 credit and the rest was still due, which was unclear.
