The staff were friendly, the dining room food was good, and the view from the dining room was lovely. However, Room 214 had a poor view from the bedroom window, the window only opened slightly, and the room felt cramped. There was only one bedside lamp, which was annoying because I like to read while my husband sleeps. The single central table didn’t provide enough drawer space for personal items like medication and underwear. The wardrobe was tucked into a corner at the bottom of the bed, blocking the path when the doors were open. In the bathroom, the tight space meant that sitting on the toilet pushed the toilet‑roll holder into my arm, and the toilet itself was squeezed between the bath and the wall. There was no parking, so I had to park a couple of streets away – not ideal for someone who isn’t young or fit.

I love staying at this hotel a few times a year – the staff are helpful and welcoming, and I’ll be back soon.

The view and location were great, but the wind made the waves loud all night.

Great view but restricted. Lovely restaurant and terrace. Good location. Didn't need 3 beds. Sofa would have been better for comfort. Room described as a suite so bit misleading
