The hotel is fairly central. The receptionist on day 1 was very professional, helpful, friendly, a true postcard for a guest arriving at a hotel. The decor was very dark, noisy, the bed was too soft, and breakfast was poorly presented.

The location was good; everything was within walking distance. The bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work. Breakfast was very improvable.

The staff were very good, and the breakfast girl was incredibly helpful (though I never learned her name); I’d definitely return. I was on the 2nd floor and could hear a training/meeting room through the wall with people speaking very loudly early in the morning.
