“Peaceful hotel but service and facilities were lacking.”
The place was very peaceful, but the spa was closed and we weren't told beforehand, which was a major disappointment. The overall service was just okay.

Everything was spectacular, yet the workout equipment was rusty and some machines didn't work at all.

I stayed at this farmhouse near Savelletri and it was simply fantastic! The farmhouse is gorgeous, meticulously cared for, and exudes an elegant, relaxing atmosphere. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean, as was the entire property. Breakfast was superb, rich, and of excellent quality. A special touch was the welcome for my little dog: in the room we found a kennel and a ceramic bowl as a gift, a gesture I deeply appreciated and that shows real sensitivity towards travelers with their four‑legged friends. It was a stay defined by comfort, elegance, and hospitality. I highly recommend this wonderful farmhouse. The only downside was that the room lacked a coffee machine.

The first impression of the property was good, with very large, well‑kept grounds and a pretty pool area. Our room was huge with an enormous bed! Breakfast was very pleasant and the staff there were good. However, there was no mirror in the bedroom, and the bathroom lighting was poor. They could have put a coffee machine in the bedroom; instant coffee doesn’t work in rooms this expensive. The most annoying thing was the lack of Wi‑Fi: we couldn't access it in our bedroom for 3 out of the 4 days. The staff were unhelpful and said it wasn’t their fault because a thunderstorm had occurred three days earlier. As a result, the front security gate was left open and the electronic keys to our room didn’t work either. The lack of customer service was quite surprising.

The location was good and the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was good too. More services like iron tables and free water in the room would be appreciated.
