The bed was of poor quality, the bedding smelled bad, there were power outages that prevented me from charging my phone, other guests on the property were loud and knocked on doors randomly, and the reception staff were not welcoming.

Given the guest house’s location, it really outshone expectations and the cleanliness was perfect; the staff were friendly and kept noise levels under control, but I didn’t appreciate the lack of a note‑to‑leave for quiet, the gate being left open all day and only shut at night, and the fact that the safe for valuables still needed fixing even though the place is monitored 24/7.
