I never order food at the hotel, but when I went to the front desk I was told they wouldn’t accept bookings made through OYO or any other site because OYO holds the payment; they only accept Brivestay or Goibibo bookings, so they rejected my reservation and told me to book a room directly at the hotel.

I didn’t receive a confirmation from OYO, and they refused to assign me a room, so I had to move to another nearby hotel, which was not what I expected.
