How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is super central, which is a big plus, and the modern design of the room is really spacious. The staff are nice and professional, that's for sure. However, I had some issues with the keycard, it didn't work two out of three nights and it took them until the last night to sort it out. Also, I had someone knocking on my door past midnight, which made me feel a bit uneasy as a solo female traveler.

The touchless lift and breakfast are definitely positives, but that's about it. The hotel's service and condition left a lot to be desired - the room partitions are basically just gypsum boards, so you can hear everything going on next door and even feel the bed shaking when they're making the bed. The shower was clogged, and we got to our room an hour late because it wasn't ready yet.
