“We have a fair, not comfortable there in the hotel is too old not comfortable smelly”

Nothing. The property is too expensive and the beds are not comfortable, old—looks like you’re visiting a 1980s hotel. I changed the hotel to Hilton and had a really good experience.

“Still a great place, but the experience has taken a back seat to the money these days.”

I was impressed by the villa’s layout, the luxurious primary bed and bathroom, and the relaxing bathtub, plus the private outdoor area with a secluded deck and well‑designed landscaping that made the stay comfortable. However, I was only told after booking that the pool area was closed, and because it was a summer weekend I might have chosen elsewhere if I’d known beforehand; a discount would have helped, but none was offered. Power outages interrupted our nights, supposedly caused by a “storm” earlier that day, yet it had only rained a bit hours before, so the experience fell short of relaxing.

No breakfast was offered, and a few light bulbs had burned out.

“Absolutely perfect”

We stayed for my wife’s birthday and booked the suite with the massive tub, which exceeded all expectations; we’re hoping to get a tub like that for our home and will return every August. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.
