The location is perfect for visiting Bakewell, just a short 10‑15 minute walk away. The bed is very comfy and the ensuite shower is great. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast is definitely worth ordering!

The location is great, there’s plenty of parking (we arrived separately in three cars), and the accommodation is comfy with beds and sofas. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. It’s handy to have tea and coffee supplies in each room. The breakfast (additional charge) was delicious and exactly what we needed after a morning swim. A 10‑minute walk takes you to a nearby taproom for beer and pizza. We had some trouble locking the front door when we left. The property didn’t feel very clean in some areas. A corkscrew and bottle opener would have been handy, though the hosts quickly lent us a bottle opener when we asked.

Spacious, clean, tasteful, plenty of hot water, very good breakfast, and helpful hosts. Nothing to report.

The location was beautiful and private, outside of Bakewell itself and only a short walk to Thornbridge Brewery, which was our main requirement. The breakfast provided in the morning was comprehensive and set us up for a day of hiking. Andrew and Sarah were very welcoming hosts. Nothing to report.

The spot is in a great place, right near Bakewell, and the view from the garden is amazing. The facilities were solid, and even though we only stayed one night, we’d definitely book a longer visit next time.
