The room was fairly nice with decent amenities, and the location was good. The staff sometimes felt very rigid; for instance, when I asked if I could exchange USD to LKR, the front‑office lady simply said “No” and offered no alternative, which felt lacking in warmth and support. Breakfast was quite limited—acceptable but could be improved. The cups and mugs in my room were a bit dirty; I had to wash them myself, and I would have expected housekeeping to address that beforehand.

Except location nothing was good . Too expensive. We paid around 10000 rupees and even breakfast was not included in their deal .We were given a twin bed and post check-in we requested for the bed to be joined but the Matress was so bad that it was creating a gap in between beds . Around 9:30 or 10 we wanted to grab a coke bottle but the restaurant denied.they didn’t even allowed my Delievery till reception,we had to go out and collect it

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hub last month. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making everything feel effortless. The hosts went above and beyond, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was excellent for getting around. I especially loved the breakfast—it was fresh and delicious every morning. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary food for my 5‑year‑old, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great hospitality all around—highly recommended. Nothing really was lacking! Their passion to serve is unique; they’re always welcoming and cheerful, which lifts your mood. On the last day, I was frustrated with Bengaluru traffic on the way back to the hotel from a friend’s home, but as soon as I entered, the staff’s welcome and smile changed my mood.
