We got a spacious, comfortable room that was neat and tidy. The breakfast and dinner were plentiful and tasty. The wellness area was beautiful and pleasant, and we loved the sunbeds and the circular umbrella loungers. The hotel’s location right on the Balaton shore was a huge plus, and from our balcony we could see the lake directly.

Late night check‑in was rough, the desk staff seemed exhausted and unfriendly, and we were handed a key that opened a room where someone was sleeping, forcing us to wake them up. We received a second key without any apology, and the host blamed a computer glitch. I had booked a double bed, but the room had two separate beds and no phone, so I had to go downstairs again to request a proper double. The person sent someone only after half an hour, and the air conditioner was broken; the staff insisted it would work but I had to cancel my second night.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, the wellness was brilliant, especially the sauna sessions we enjoyed, and we loved the lakeside sunbathing area, which was quiet and close to nature.

Gyönyörű környezet, remek felszereltség. A személyzet rendkivúl kedves segítőkész, ugy a recepcion, mint az étteremben. Mozgaskorlatozott embereknek, nehéz a wellness részlegbe jutás. Lépcsők vannak de mellettuk kéne lenni rampának is, nem értem ez hogy maradhatott ki,,egy ilyen modern szép szállodában
