The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful with a comfortable bed, yet one fridge had moldy food inside, and there was an incredible amount of noise from the neighboring room and the club.
“İdare eder bir konaklama oldu.”
Eva was very attentive, answered every question, and tried to solve our problems; thanks to her the hotel rooms were very clean. The owner was indifferent, the room lacked a washing machine even though we had requested one, and getting the Wi‑Fi password, key, and settling in took a long time and forced us to wait. Apart from Eva, we couldn't find anyone else to talk to.
The mattresses felt comfortable, but the extra single beds were poorly made and the kids could smell the metal bars. The breakfast was a big let‑down – far fewer options than advertised, no local specialties, frozen croissants, no tea or hot drinks for children despite the listing, and no fruit either. They served it in the room at random times (7:30 on day one, 9:30 the next), which made early‑morning sightseeing impossible, and the staff were unfriendly, with a director who never smiled and seemed annoyed by us. The advertised amenities were a joke: the room only had a tiny fridge, no kettle, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, kitchen, microwave or pantry, and there was no table, sofa or proper seating for three people. Cleanliness was subpar – we couldn’t walk barefoot, the sheets stayed dirty until day five, and they were already stained on day two. Noise was relentless, with music playing until about 1 am and constant traffic horn blaring outside. The only redeeming features were the bus stop right in front and the supermarket next door.
I would improve the windows and add more insulation; I couldn't sleep all night because of the constant street traffic noise.
The room was large and spacious; the fridge and working TV were big pluses. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't speak English at all, making communication difficult. The air conditioning didn't work, so on a 38‑degree day the room rose to 32 degrees at night and we couldn't sleep because the AC blew warm air; the fault couldn't be fixed. The location is very far from Rome centre; getting to Piazza Venezia takes three transfers and over 1.5 hours. The room is on a busy highway, and at night there were accidents, with glass shards sometimes landing on the balcony.
