“NOT A GREAT STAY BUT MADE THE MOST OF IT!!!”
The only redeeming point was the food, which was decent—rare for a resort where 80 % of the menu is good—and the outside grounds were pretty. I despised the resort overall: the staff were cold and unwelcoming, except for one lady at the Italian restaurant who was kind on our last night. Our room felt ancient and outdated, and the resort’s reputation for Sandals fell flat. The place wasn’t kept clean; the dust on the liquor bottles in our room was so thick my partner had to wipe them off. The price didn’t match the service or quality, and the cats roaming the restaurants begging for food were a nuisance—I’m allergic. I won’t be back.
