Great location, great shower, good breakfast, but the pillow was too high and hard.

The place is great, comfy, and the staff are helpful; just a few minutes’ walk to the Plaza.

The room on the upper floor offers stunning views, though the bathroom is a bit small but nothing serious.

The staff are helpful, the accommodation is 10 minutes from Place d’Armes, and there are several services (free luggage storage when you return to stay, tours, airport transfers), the breakfast is impeccable. We were really cold, had to rent a heater at extra cost and wish we’d known that ahead… We had a private bathroom, but it was outside the room… I wish I’d known that. It didn’t meet my needs.

At least there was warm water for showering. The breakfast was average, and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. The room was very cold and damp. The sink was so small that you could barely wash your hands without flooding the bathroom. The toilet lacked a toilet brush. The room where we ate breakfast was also very cold; without a thick sweater and jacket we would have caught a cold. As an employer, one has a corresponding duty of care towards staff. For example, the reception staff were heavily dressed and wore gloves.
