The price was great for a good hotel in a good spot, and the staff were friendly and helped carry my luggage. The lack of an elevator is a drawback, especially with three floors, and the air conditioning isn’t very cold.

When I checked in, the refund process was a nightmare. If I just wanted a refund, the money wouldn’t come back, so I stopped checking in here.
