How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was super comfortable overall, with a nice city view, but when I left the parking had a mishap with the valet staff: they hit my car, I lost a lot of time dealing with insurance, and at first the person who hit my car tried to run away before they eventually paid.

It was clean, but the street nearby was noisy and there was no sound insulation, so you could hear traffic and nearby construction.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location, but rooms facing Main Street were loud from all the street noise.

I had a great stay, but the staff charged me extra for regular water without telling me beforehand.

The reception team were super professional and welcoming, though one towel had a stain; otherwise everything was wonderful.
