The location is super central and perfect for exploring Modica’s center, and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The only downside is the stairs to reach the building and inside it; the room was nice but a few details were missing and two of the five power outlets didn’t work.

The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable, a big room with a terrace, a very pleasant bed, thick and scented toiletries, air‑conditioning, and a nice kitchen with tea and coffee; water bottles were already chilled when we arrived. The neighborhood was very quiet because it’s pedestrian‑only, and we fell in love with it. The only issue was that we had to park lower down and climb a set of stairs to get to the area where the lodging is.

The room was spacious, modern, and well‑kept, and breakfast was included. Its location was perfect and it had a small balcony. The lack of blinds or shutters meant a lot of light even with the curtains; the shower head was broken, but the shower nozzle still worked.
