Breakfast was richer, but the shower head was broken.

The breakfast had plenty of options and was fine, yet the room left me dissatisfied: the shower was subpar and the bed was too hard.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot in Vinh Hy, yet its facilities feel dated and in need of major upgrades, and the rooms would benefit from renovations to improve the overall experience. The real highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, and their excellent service made the stay much more enjoyable despite the property's shortcomings.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good, and at €20 per night the value was more than fine; I would only spend a bit more next time for a better hotel, but the price/quality here is truly excellent. The beds were very hard and caused back pain, and if you want a better bed you’ll have to pay more.

The hotel is centrally located and I was able to borrow a scooter for an afternoon free of charge. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and almost entirely solid, and the hotel clearly hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival—empty plastic bottles, dirt and dust on the stairs and in the hallway. The hotel does not accept card payments, and there are no working ATMs within a 40‑minute drive, which makes payment very inconvenient. Be prepared to carry your suitcases up three flights of stairs worst case, as there is no elevator.
