The Vi Tamcoc hotel service was excellent! The room was extremely clean, well equipped, and the space was quiet and very relaxing. The biggest plus was the super friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic staff who always helped. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends when they visit Tam Cốc!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Amazing experience at Vi TamCoc Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was convenient, but the lack of electricity for many hours was a major issue—no backup power meant no lights or AC in the sweltering heat. The room was cramped, and its main door was a sheer glass pane that required a curtain at all times. We were given only a half‑liter water bottle for two days, and the razor was so poor quality it caused irritation while shaving. The bathroom had no curtain or glass partition, so water splashed everywhere during showers. The reception staff were not fluent in English, didn’t respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, and there was no staff present after 10 PM.

I landed in a spacious room on the top floor that came with a kettle and a deck. The room itself was okay, but the description and photos were misleading. The “mountain view” turned out to be just a small wall with a tiny window offering a sliver of scenery, and the so‑called balcony was actually a shared deck we couldn’t access from our room; I even saw someone washing hands right in front of that tiny window. Whenever it rained, any toilet paper left near the toilet got soaked, and the constant signage around the hotel made the place feel a bit unwelcoming.

The staff were rude and incompetent, and they promised two free water bottles but delivered none. The noise from traffic and people outside was constant, and the bike rental was overpriced compared to other places in town—definitely a scam.
