“Entspannung pur”
The hotel was right on the Baltic Sea, perfect for anyone wanting to escape their stressful everyday life, and the area was very quiet.

The chef was truly outstanding and the food deserved five stars, while the location was perfect—right on the promenade, just a short walk to the water. I can’t believe a four‑star hotel serves “AUFBACKBRÖTCHEN” for breakfast; they’re papery, rubbery and impossible to enjoy, which makes me think management is cutting costs in the wrong place. The buffet could use more variety because the same sausage shows up every day, though the fresh bread was a plus. If it weren’t for the superb chef, I would have dropped my rating from five stars last year down to three.

The breakfast and location were very good, and the staff were very friendly. However, we booked a suite but received an apartment instead; apartments nearby were much cheaper. A suite with an empty kitchenette also seemed odd to us.

The terrace is beautiful but not offered or used enough, and background music in the dining room would be welcome. Some things, like the awnings on the terrace, should be fixed.
