The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and their warmth was a major highlight. When it came to payments, a small mix‑up between online, physical and virtual card methods happened, but the team clarified everything and resolved the issue. I appreciate their patience and professionalism. Breakfast has great potential; with a few tweaks to match the promotion it could be an excellent addition to the stay. Laundry is a nice bonus, though it would be better if prices were visible so guests could plan ahead. The cabin cleaning concept is innovative and comfortable, but deeper cleaning and better bathroom upkeep would make the place look spectacular. I highly recommend this spot for its unique concept and excellent staff. I’m sure they’ll keep improving! I also want to share my experience at Kjapsule Inn Express Mérida to bring to your attention several issues that affected my stay: There was confusion over payment methods, with misunderstandings about online, physical card and virtual card charges, leading to discrepancies on my account. The breakfast offered did not match the description on the booking platform, as the advertised foods or services were missing. While laundry is available, the price list is not visible, preventing guests from knowing the cost in advance. The cabins need deeper cleaning, as maintenance and hygiene details fell below expected standards, and the bathrooms required more attention. I hope you take the necessary steps to improve these aspects and prevent future inconveniences for guests. I look forward to your response.

The staff were attentive even before arrival, the reception was excellent upon arrival, the beds are comfortable, clean, and very private.

I liked the staff’s friendliness, everyone was very kind. Generally the capsules do their job, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night; it’s uncomfortable to change in the bathroom and store your things in the outside lockers, and the hallway with the lockers and bathrooms smells bad. The capsules are quite comfortable and the climate was perfect for me, and I liked how close they are to the airport.
