The location, staff, cleanliness, and access to Foxtel were all wonderful. I probably showered at the wrong time, but I ended up with no hot water in the morning.

The larger room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was undercover parking, and the room had a microwave, fridge, cutlery, kettle, toaster, etc.

The owner wasn’t around but was kind enough to arrange coffee delivery for the morning after we ran out of the limited amount provided for a three‑night stay. The restaurant was closed, the Wi‑Fi sign‑in and all the information kit in the room were outdated from the previous management and useless, so we had no Wi‑Fi for the whole three nights. The TV remote was missing, so we couldn’t adjust the sound or turn the TV on or off on the first night. We also hated the bottom sheet—it wasn’t fitted and immediately untucked itself when we opened the covers to get into bed, just old fashioned.

I was glad they could slot me in, but the tap had hot and cold indicators switched or on the wrong taps, which was annoying.

The place was quiet, and there were no complaints.
