The facilities and the view of the mountains and the lake were amazing. The location is excellent. The rooms are spectacular, plus the warm and excellent service from the hotel staff, always ready to make your stay as good as possible.

We were upgraded to a category just above our expectations, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception and the friendliness of the staff, and the Peruvian‑Asian restaurant were up to our expectations, as was the bar atmosphere with a nice pianist. From reception to shuttle transport, concierge… in short, we will keep an excellent memory and the desire to return. The SPA is also very pleasant. Nothing to report… except that we should have stayed one more day!

The view from the room was very beautiful. The sauna and pool were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
