“Big Scam.”
The staff was terrible. They spent five hours chatting with me and demanded I send money to their personal account, then sent a link for another account. It was 1 a.m.; I’d booked around 9 p.m. Even after I paid in full, they wouldn’t give me check‑in instructions. When I asked for an invoice because I suspected a scam, they refused and became extremely angry and aggressive. Not recommended.
“Disappointing overall”
Location is both a plus and a minus, close to centre but dodgy area especially at night. 1. Fridge was not working during a very hot period of 4 days in July 2026, host promised to send someone but no one arrived until we checked out. 2. Wifi was not working for 24 hours on our last day, again it was not fixed until the time we checked out. 3. You will get 2 sets of key fobs for all the locks and doors you have to go through to get in. 4. No elevator to the room, formally it's 2 floors up but every floor is about 5 metres tall, not good with the suitcases you may have. 5. The main shutter should not be pulled to the top and should be only half up because it is not working as it should, there is a note on the wall about that as well. 6. The in room safe is only big to fit a small wallet, don't even think you can fit in a small tablet or small laptop. 7. Finally, the room was secured with a credit card and booking advised the only think payable locally is the city tax. Irrespective of this, the host put pressure on use to pay cash for the room citing all sorts of things about getting the money 6 months afterwards (this is not true of course). In any case, the property shows as accepting cards but the host claimed they wanted cash only, they finally agreed to charge the card when we said we will contact to notify them. 8. Don't bring a car into napoli, you are going to regret it unless you have secured a parking space. The host helped us to find a space at a car park 10 mins away on foot!
The apartment was stunning and very clean. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. Antonia was very welcoming.
“Ottimo”
I stayed in a place that’s pretty close to the city centre, just had a fresh renovation and the owner was incredibly kind. The price‑to‑quality ratio was amazing. Even though the street is busy, the noise is barely noticeable. I’d recommend it. The fridge, however, didn’t work, and at that point I wouldn’t have booked it.
The lady was very helpful!
