Our stay was marked by a mix of helpful staff and communication challenges. While one staff member's assistance during check-in led to a pleasant experience, language barriers and misunderstandings with other staff members affected our overall stay. The hotel's cleanliness was also a concern.

Although our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, we encountered an issue with our billing, which has yet to be resolved by the hotel staff.
