Trastevere B&D Rooms

I only liked the location. Everything else was a disappointment. From the moment we tried to check out, after a long struggle getting the gate open with the code, we couldn’t find the floor plan (we called the listed phone number but got no answer) and ended up going back and forth, and no one in the building seemed to know where we were; there was no sign outside the door. Once we finally found the door, we entered a hallway with many white doors that had broken handles and codes. We eventually got into the room, and it was another letdown. The room was shabby, with walls that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was built into the bedroom with drywall, containing only a toilet and a bidet, and there were remnants of used toilet paper from previous guests. The sink and shower were in the same bedroom, visible, offering no privacy. The room and bathroom were both poorly maintained. I could keep listing issues, but I think that’s enough.

“Potrebbe migliorare qualche servizio”

The location was very strategic and convenient. I just didn’t like that there was nothing to shower with—no shower gel or anything—and the shower head was broken and barely let water out.

There was no toilet paper. The toilets were dirty, the shower tray was filthy, and the sheets were full of hair.

The location and bed were good. The bathroom had a lot of mold, even on the shower tray, the door handle was bent, and the heating was weak.

The room was very spacious and had a closet for your belongings. The shower door was transparent and could be uncomfortable if you’re with family; they say there’s a kitchen but there are no pans or a pot to cook, they only give you a soap bar for the whole stay, and they don’t take out the trash from the common area (after three days the same pizza box from a guest was still there next to the trash can). The heating didn’t work and it made a lot of noise. Also, they never tell you that you’re on the 7th floor, so you have to keep asking people in the building.
