I had a terrible experience: the original room flooded because of newly installed AC units, and when I complained the front desk said they'd just move me to another room and that I should contact the agency I booked through—unprofessional. The replacement room was hot, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The hotel was a decent drive from restaurants, but the elevators and hallways smelled awful, the front desk staff were rude, and when I asked for clean towels they said none were available. I was even told to reuse the same bath towel from the night before to wash my face the next morning.

I'm charged for 7 nights when I checked out after 2 nights. The hotel refuse to refund me for the nights I have not stayed. Choose wisely if you don't have a 100% solid plan
