The spot right in the heart of the old town is convenient. The room is small but functional and adequate for one or two nights, and the bedding is good. Arriving autonomously at 18:30, I barely saw the email sent 30 minutes earlier, so I felt a bit lost when I got there and had to call to find out how to get the keys. Knowing the parking name or where to park in advance would have been a plus. The rooms are a bit old‑fashioned, but everything needed for comfort is still there.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with sightseeing directions and booking assistance. The location is perfect – I had views of the Chateau from my room, and the clawfoot bath was ideal. The hotel is lovely and quiet, so you get a good night's sleep, which is a stark contrast to staying downtown with traffic and sirens keeping you up all night.

The hotel sits in old Quebec and in a historic building. I expected the rooms to look like the photos, but I ended up in a back‑level converted area that lacked the charm I had imagined.

The location is very nice, close to everything. The housekeeping did not prepare the room for our arrival: there was dust, mold in the shower, a dust smell, and a rancid odor.
