The location was great—very central and a short walk to the main park. Breakfast offered a good variety, the room was clean, and I’d stay again. The room felt a bit dated but was very spacious, and the price was fair. The staff could provide more helpful information for tourists.

Breakfast was decent and the hotel’s location is good, but that’s where the positives end. When we arrived, the room was dusty and had used coffee pods on the table. Cleaning only happened on the first of four days—just a quick tidy, no bathroom cleaning, and no vacuuming. On the second day we asked for fresh water, were told “yes, yes,” but nothing was replaced. The room had cobwebs along the windows, mice scurried across the ceiling all night. We travel a lot and can confidently say this was the worst place we’ve stayed. Also, we had booked an airport transfer that the staff completely forgot about, so we were driven by a stranger instead.
