The location was good, the TV selection generous, and breakfast was fine. However, the air‑conditioning units outside the room were too loud, the mini‑fridge was old and noisy, the room was sound‑permeable, and the unit could no longer be set individually because it was outdated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. On a few occasions nobody was at the bar to serve drinks, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect our stay much. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the location is excellent—just a couple of minutes across the road to the beach, a 5‑minute walk to the Landmark Night Market, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything else nearby. A great place to stay with a fantastic location.

The sea‑view pool, some sea‑view rooms, the location, the breakfast options, and the staff’s friendliness were all excellent. Don’t be surprised by how quickly the sea recedes twice a day—watch out.

Everything was simply great. Nothing was wrong, it was perfect, except the opposite beach is dirty, but a 15‑minute walk further gives a nicer beach.

The bed was huge and comfortable, breakfasts were decent, the pool and all amenities were fine, and the nearby station from which relay boats depart is close, as is a market and a 7‑11. The location is good and everything is accessible, making it a very good value for the money. The only downside was the very dirty curtains that clearly needed washing long ago; otherwise everything was great.
