The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, the whole place stayed clean and well kept, and security felt solid. The building sits on a pretty busy road, though no traffic noise leaked into the rooms, and the entrance gate could use brighter lighting.

The location was good, though traffic and a nearby beerhall made it noisy at times; otherwise it’s close to food spots and the CBD. The shared bathroom was a bit inconvenient—having a separate toilet and shower would help when the shower is in use. Tap water is safe, but bottled water is still needed for guests, and the kitchen gets crowded with staff.

The lady who welcomed us did her best with limited resources and worked hard. The pre‑arrival communication felt blunt and a little unwelcoming; just before we arrived, we were told the people we were supposed to share a house with had extended their stay. We didn’t mind wanting to stay together, but we ended up in a cramped room with no legroom and no table to eat at, which was disappointing.
