The hostel sits in a very central spot, just a 7–8 minute walk from the port. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were super helpful and friendly 😊.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Zwei Punkte kritisiere ich jedoch klar: Erstens wurden für die Gepäckaufbewahrung zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt, die nicht transparent kommuniziert waren. Die Begründung, der Chef verlange dies, ist für mich keine überzeugende Erklärung. Zweitens wurde im Sommer bei einer Stornierung am selben Tag der volle Preis einbehalten. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Personal bei meiner Rückmeldung keinerlei Kulanz zeigte, obwohl das Hostel nahezu leer war. Ich hätte in beiden Situationen mehr Transparenz, Fairness und Entgegenkommen erwartet. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Spotlessly clean in the most central spot. There was a bit of noise at night, but that’s understandable given the location.
