A beautiful and unique place; all staff were very kind and professional. A special thank you to Udara for showing us the traditional tea production process and taking us to the nearby waterfall. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the access road is a bit tricky.

The place, the staff are attentive and always smiling. The tea experience and excursions to the Cascades. The restaurant food is very good with Sri Lankan and international dishes with a Sri Lankan twist. The walls in the rooms aren’t very thick, which adds to the charm and authenticity of the place. However, some visitors don’t always respect the quiet, and the noise can then be a bit disturbing from the room.

L’originalité du lieu car c’est une ancienne usine de thé. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Buffets pour les repas, c’est excellent. Attention prévoir d’arriver de jour car la route de montagne est très mauvaise, la visite se faisant le matin ne rien prévoir pour la 1/2 journée. On profite de la fraîcheur en altitude. Rien
