The dinner was very good and the service attentive. The breakfast buffet was very sparse, we found eggs on request but no bread, only one type of sliced cheese, Gorgonzola and no ham. It’s okay if the double room doesn’t cost 180 € for a night. Additionally all three beds squeaked, the mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable, we barely slept, and the bell rang every 15 minutes.

The facilities are not worth the price. When the beer garden was empty, the staff threw their own loud party so there was no chance to sleep. They were quite inconsiderate towards the hotel guests.

The electronic check‑in was fine, the coffee at breakfast was good and the bathroom had been newly renovated. The mattress was extremely sagging. Because of the wedding party there was no sleep before 3 am due to music and laughter. At breakfast the dishes and cutlery had to be gathered by yourself. The price‑performance ratio is unacceptable.

The location by the lake was excellent – the hotel sits on the lakeside trail, the beach is a 5‑minute walk, and the train station is a 15‑minute walk. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel is large with few rooms but many indoor and outdoor seats, so the reception was often unstaffed and there was a lot of bustle.
