How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, the surrounding area was quiet, and the value for money was very high. When I first checked in the electronic lock had no power, and after several contacts with customer service I finally learned where the spare key was; I hope the hotel will monitor the lock battery in the future.

The room was comfortable, the layout was excellent, all the equipment was complete, and the foot massager was a thoughtful touch; the location was good, a quiet escape in the middle of the bustle. The check‑in time was at 4 pm, the check‑out time was at 10 am, which felt a bit short, and the bed in the room was somewhat disappointing.

The location was great, just an 8‑10 minute walk to Kokusai shopping street.

The apartment had plenty of natural light, was spacious and well‑furnished, and the location was convenient for city life and stations. It would have been nice to have some salt, pepper, and similar seasonings, and a small drying rack on the terrace would have been appreciated.

The place was clean, comfortable and spacious, yet the bathroom was large while the actual shower cubicle was extremely small and let water spill onto the floor, leaving a puddle after I’d finished.
