The furniture in the room was terribly outdated, covered in visible scratches, and heavily stained. The carpet was filthy, with noticeable coffee stains and accumulated grime throughout. The sofa was equally unkept, showing prominent dark stains, and there was even a distinct, musty odor in the room. I cannot fathom how a room in this deplorable condition can be rented out for $350 a night

The location to businesses in Somerville is convenient, but in 30 years of business travel this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The rate per night is grossly overpriced. On check‑in I was told that I had to request for the room to be cleaned the night before. The hotel looked like it had not been renovated in decades. The carpet was stained and sticky underfoot. The room in which I stayed must have had a flood as the carpet was still wet and there was an incredibly pungent mouldy smell when you entered and were in the room. The mouldy smell seemed to attract flies. Breakfast was disappointing.
