The rooms with windows overlooking the Ganges are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. It could be cleaner. The TV is not working.

The hotel sits right on the Ganga riverbank, so opening the window gives an uninterrupted view of the water and you can step straight onto the shore; the shower delivers a generous flow and they even rode my motorbike to the bus terminal for the return trip, though the bedding felt a bit dated.

We were blown away by the stunning views of the Ganges River from our room, which was a real highlight of our stay. The hotel's location made it easy to take a leisurely stroll along the riverfront, and the high ceilings in our room made it feel spacious and airy. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we felt that the room's facilities didn't quite match the price we paid, and there were some issues with the hot water supply and cleanliness.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was infested with spiders and cobwebs, and the amenities were not up to the mark - the need was broken, and the towels were old and worn out. To make matters worse, they didn't accept card payments, which was inconvenient. I had also expected a Ganga view from my room, but unfortunately, only a limited number of rooms have this view.

I stayed at this tiny hotel right by the river, and while it had its positives, it wasn't without its issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms were decent and well-equipped, but the beds were a letdown - mine wasn't comfy, and the bed plate even slipped at night, making it unusable. Thankfully, I was given another room, which was okay.
