Loved it—food was great, the activities were awesome, and my daughter was over the moon. She asked right after we arrived if we’d come back.

The meals, breakfast, water park, and staff attention were solid positives. The downside? The chalet’s cleanliness. We had to keep asking for a fresh set of sheets and towels—otherwise we used the same ones the whole stay. It felt like the focus was only on entertainment. Also, having bottled water in the chalet would help since the water fountains are far away.
