The location is great, the staff friendly—especially at breakfast—and the restaurant is fantastic. However, we were not in the hotel shown in the photos but three houses behind the kitchen, there was no elevator, and our shower was broken because the floor was full of water. The receptionist explained to me, a 40‑year‑old man, how to shower against the wall like she had shown her son. I told her I wasn’t her son but a paying guest who wants the shower fixed.

The hotel sits in a great spot, rooms are clean, cozy, and fairly spacious. The restaurant serves excellent food in a lovely citrus garden. Breakfast features tasty homemade pastries, the kitchen is respectable, and they offer a wide selection of wines. I recommend it.

Staff in genere , con un plauso in particolare a quello della colazione. Servizio car valet Ambiente colazione rilassante Dimensioni stanza molto buone ( stanza 103 per 3 persone ) Aspetto e stile in generale dell'hotel. Da subito la camera presenta forte odore di muffa/chiuso , attendiamo lasciando aperte le finestre ed il clima acceso ; L'odore persiste anche nei giorni seguenti . Si aggiunge un problema di scarico nel bagno , segnalato prontamente intervengono ma si risolve solo in parte . La nostra stanza oltre ad avere i problemi di fortissima muffa/odore di chiuso ( forse legati al problema dello scarico malfunzionante ) aveva due finestre con ante che praticamente non si potevano aprire dato che davano direttamente sul marciapiede il che dava grandissimi problemi di rumore anche di notte , suggerisco di considerare infissi nuovi a tutela della qualità del sonno . Il materasso molto scomodo . ciliegina sulla torta :la quarta notte scatta FALSO allarme per circa mezz'ora ( credo incendio .) e sveglia quasi la totalità degli ospiti -DISASTRO- camera 103 , dispiace lasciare commenti così , spero siano utili a migliorarsi
