“Good value”
The front‑desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful, and the floorplan of the room on the town floor is exceptionally well designed.

No positives were offered. Everything was disappointing for that price.

The main issue was Manager XAVIER, who I consider the most unethical person I have ever met. He lies every time I speak to him, overcharged me $380 for my stay, and then refused to refund my money. He shows no remorse for his fraudulent crimes against customers, and the corporate HQ refused to assist me. I will never stay here again.

I was staying in the room. I was not staying in the room.

The room was clean, but the remote for the TV didn’t work well. When I cleaned it, they left the toilet brush inside the toilet. They never swept the tile pieces off the bathroom floor because the maintenance man said the maid wasn’t sure if they were going to fix it. The office is only open 6 days a week from 11:00 to 7:00 and is closed on Sunday; I work 6 days a week and never get home before 7:00, but the location was fine.
