“Nice for one night”

Nice, comfy beds, but the parking we saw online turned out to be on the road outside.

“A disappointing stay, made considerably worse by a two-hour wait for access to our bathroom and extremely poor communica”

The location was good, but when we arrived we were checked into a room with a locked bathroom door that we couldn’t open. After calling reception to ask for help, they said someone would be up within 30 minutes, yet we waited 2 hours for maintenance and he couldn’t unlock the door. The staff were rude when we asked for updates after such a long wait, and we were told there were no other rooms available for relocation. When I asked to speak to the manager, a free room suddenly appeared. My partner cried because of how the reception staff treated her while she only wanted a simple answer about how long the bathroom would be accessible. The pool was extremely overcrowded and the lifts were slow. One positive was a friendly member of reception (I can’t remember his name) who helped us check in and out, but the others were not as kind. I’d recommend the stay if you don’t mind a non‑working bathroom. The location is fine, which is a plus at least.
