The hotel's restaurant was a highlight - the food was amazing and the service was top-notch. The room was also clean and comfortable, which was a plus. However, I did notice that it took a while to get drinking water and other essentials, which was a bit frustrating. I was blown away by the hotel's upgrade policy - when available, they upgraded my room to a much nicer one, which was a lovely surprise.
