I liked how easy it was to get there by tram and the neighborhood was spot on for everything we wanted to see.
The hotel was right where we needed to be for the conference, which made getting around a breeze.
On‑site restaurant was a gem—quiet, good vibe, tasty food.
the bed was super comfy and quiet.

The room was good, but the location was a bit far from attractions; if you don’t need to go far and can use the tram, it’s fine. I thought parking was included, only to discover it cost an extra $30 per night.
I’d recommend this hotel—it’s in a great spot near transport, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Anyone should stay here.
“It was convenient for where I had to be the next day. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again based on this experience. I”
The location was good, the staff were friendly, but appeared to be skeleton crew. They appeared to be overworked, looking in from the outside. They were all trying to do 10 things at once. The bed was comfortable. The airconditoner wasn’t working, it turned on but made a really loud noise from the motor on the balcony. It then kept turning itself off after just a minute, so we gave up on this. We just wanted to cool the room a little before bed as it was hot and stuffy. We arrived quite late in the night. Outside was too noisy to sleep with balcony door open for air. I personally wouldn’t stay there again, appeared cost cutting has been made, which impacted my stay. ie lack of maintenance, and due to being short staffed. Rooms were clean though
The location suited my needs perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable, and had basic amenities. The staff were friendly, and public transport was easily accessible. The plumbing was noisy.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The sheets, room, and bathroom were generally very clean, though there was quite a bit of dust on the bedside tables and lamps. Overall, very clean.
