Beautiful hotel! The staff went above and beyond with a smile, and the rates were reasonable. The restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and small gift shop are all great. Its location is perfect—right in the French Quarter, close to everything, so we parked and walked everywhere. The only downside was the hydration station on our floor (6th) had no ice and the water was hot, which was a bit of a bummer.

Très central, beau bâtiment historique, piscine. Propreté des espaces communs (piscine) était mauvaise, beaucoup de choses abîmées dans l’hôtel, taches sur le canapé dans la chambre, tapisserie qui se décolle. Dommage.

Location and extremely friendly staff. Room coffee maker didn’t work and there was no ice on the 5th floor.

The property looks lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful, but the pool could be more usable if a ledge were added along the sides so people could sit in the 7‑foot depth. Day‑pass users made the pool crowded, and because of the depth that area was unusable; adding seating around the outside would help. There were never enough lounge chairs by the pool, and the older building isn’t as sound‑proof as newer hotels.
