I was not able to use the facility, it was cancelled ahead of time after i confirmed reservations due to earthquake june 8, under renovations, supposed to use it aug 20-22,2026 , However, i was charged by for hotel i didn’t use! I am asking refund please email me @[email protected] I have no way to contact when i try to reply to their link it says * NOREPLY* tab I am frustrated with. Same as above

The street is quiet, the air outside is fresh, and a tricycle can easily be parked in front of the property. However, the carpet is old and the common area upstairs has a damp smell; my room's water heater was broken, and when I asked the errand/cleaner boy to check it, he apologized but did nothing to fix it or move me to a room with a working heater. When I arrived, there were clumped hairs on the bathroom floor edges, indicating the cleaner mopped without first sweeping them away.

The staff are friendly and let us drop off our luggage early. The air‑con could be a bit colder, and the pillows feel too hard.
