Kendal Hotel

I liked the location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach where my granddaughters were dancing in a competition. The host was so obliging on our arrival and showed us where to park the car . We had two rooms next to each other which was great and the beds were so comfy . This hotel didn't do a breakfast but that wasn't a problem to us because we had to be up and out for 7.15 am to go to the dance competition . Nothing not to like really as it was clean and comfortable and a great location for what we needed it for so we would stay again

The staff were amazing, and the location next to the water park and pleasure beach was ideal. Parking at the back of the hotel required lining up, which could block you in, but the staff managed to contact other guests to rearrange cars.

“Lovely little hotel in a great location!”

My friend and I headed there for a day at Pleasure Beach, which opens at 11 am, but the hotel’s check‑in starts at 2 pm. The host let us in early at no extra cost and let us leave our car at the hotel, just a 6‑minute walk away. He was friendly and helped us find parking, and there were plenty of food and drink spots nearby. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked out fine. No complaints.

I’m grateful for the excellent stay, especially given the challenge of accommodating Emily with Down’s syndrome; the staff’s compassion and kindness were truly appreciated. The only downside was the stairs—so many of them! 🥰🤣
