The place is in a great spot, rooms are large and comfy, and free parking nearby is convenient; the staff were polite. However, the staff member we spoke to only spoke Turkish, making communication tough. The floor in our room had stains, raising cleanliness concerns. We booked an apartment for three people but received only one blanket and no sheets for it. Beds should have been ready with clean linens and enough blankets for everyone before we arrived; we shouldn’t have to request basic bedding after checking in.

The main letdown was breakfast: we paid for two adults and two children, yet the portions seemed designed for just two people. Other guests received larger servings, so the quantity didn’t match the price, even though the quality was acceptable.

The staff here were super friendly, and the breakfast was really varied and plentiful. We were lucky to have a parking spot right outside our room, which was a big plus. Don't let the rough-looking neighborhood scare you off - it's actually full of historic buildings. The hotel itself looks a lot better than the area around it, which is a nice surprise. One thing that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which could do with a bit of a refresh.

The hotel's location and parking facilities were a major plus, making it super convenient for us. However, the lack of air conditioning in the room was a major letdown. Instead of AC, we were given a portable fan, but it was no match for the sweltering heat on our night there. The temperature was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
