I booked a cabin at Baggården and got a room full of mold; the odor‑absorbing stickers didn’t help, and I’m allergic to mold and dampness—worst experience ever, I feel completely deceived.

I stayed in a place that was in a sorry state—dirty, with a filthy fridge and sink area, broken lights in the room, and confusing signage that claimed we booked a room above the shop but it turned out to be a hostel. They’re not connected to STF but still use their info. There was no mention anywhere that we needed to bring sheets, and no one offered a blanket. The reception was completely unmanned; they said they were working up the mountain.

The hotel's serene setting amidst lush greenery was a lovely respite from the city chaos, and the proximity to the Färjestaden ferry was a definite plus. However, the room itself was a bit cramped, but I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when I checked in late, but the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but the hotel could work on improving its internet connectivity.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the old TV in my room was a major letdown. It took me ages to get it working, and even then, the picture was fuzzy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a bit small and the decor was dated. On the plus side, the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, so it wasn't all bad.
