The room overall was beautiful, capturing Malta’s cultural charm and not far from Slirra ferries or St. Julian’s. The room had a terrible smell every day, the sheets and towels were very old and worn out (yellow stains, not ironed, etc.), there were many bugs roaming around, and the mattress was really low quality.
The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is in a convenient spot. I would definitely recommend it.

I wanted a quiet street, there was a fridge, and we could leave our luggage from 10 am to 3 pm before check‑in. We stayed for 9 days, but the room was never cleaned; the towels were only changed once after we sent a message, and even then they still looked quite dirty and yellow. The sheets were never changed, the floor was not swept, garbage was thrown once at the start and then the bin overflowed. I guess it’s unavoidable, but I also had a cockroach in the room. The terrace had no chairs or place to leave wet towels. The location is okay, but after freeing the room there’s no luggage storage. The air‑conditioning only worked while we were in the room, which isn’t very pleasant when it’s 40 °C outside.
